- Exchanges & Returns
All products must be exchanged and returned in their unused condition within 7 days of purchasing. (If a product is faulty, we are responsible for a replacement or a refund.)

If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, we will issue an exchange or a refund. However, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please note that products and packaging damaged, worn or altered products or anything that we reasonably believe have been used before being returned, will not be accepted.

If you are returning multiple orders(products), please ensure that each invoice form is included, as failure to do so may cause a delay.
